When can I expect my next autoship order?

As an autoship customer, you have full access to view/edit your autoship schedule directly from your account. To confirm when your next autoship order will be processed (this is called the Next Occurrence Date), here are the steps:

1. Login to your account here. 
2. Once logged in, click Orders from the side menu. If you were expecting your schedule to be processed around this time, chances are that it may have been processed already. Review your Order History to confirm. 
3.  If you do NOT see a recent order under your Order history as expected, next click Scheduled Orders from the side menu. You will be able to view and edit all of your Scheduled Orders from this page, including your Next Occurrence Date.
