Changing the frequency of your Autoship schedule is easy and can help ensure you receive your products as often as you need them. Follow the steps below to adjust your autoship schedule frequency:
- Log into your account
- Visit our website and locate "My Account" from the menu. Visit this link.
- Under the Login section, enter your username and password to access your account.
- Forgot your password? No worries! Use the "Log in Without Password" option. With this option, you will be emailed a login link to the email address associated with your account. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear in your regular inbox within 10 minutes. Once you've gained access to your account, you may reset your password to one you'll remember by going under the Account Details page.
- Navigate to Autoship Subscriptions
- Once logged in, go to the "Scheduled Orders" section.

Select the Subscription to Modify
- If you have more than one, you will see a list of your Autoship subscriptions.
- Find and select the subscription for which you want to change the frequency.
- A menu will expand on the selected subscription. Select "Make changes" to enter the editing window.

Change the Next Occurrence Date:
- To change your Frequency, select your current frequency selection (for example: "Every 2 months"). You'll see a popup prompting you to select a new frequency selection!

Confirm the Change:
- After selecting the new date, click "Update Schedule" to save the change.
Please note: If your schedule has cycled and an order is already in processing, you will need to contact our Hero Support Team directly to request any changes to that order. Visit My Account > Orders to see if you have an order in processing.
