If you've previously paused your Autoship subscription and are ready to resume deliveries, we're here to help. Resuming your Autoship subscription is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to get your deliveries back on schedule.
How to Resume Your Autoship Subscription

Log In to Your Account:
- Visit our website and locate "My Account" on the menu. Visit that link.
- Under the Login section, enter your username and password to access your account.
- Forgot your password? No worries! Use the "Log in Without Password" option. With this option, you will be emailed a login link to the email address associated with your account. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear in your regular inbox within 10 minutes. Once you've gained access to your account, you may reset your password to one you'll remember by going under the Account Details page.

Navigate to Autoship Subscriptions
- Once logged in, go to the "Scheduled Orders" section.

Select the Subscription to Modify
- If you have more than one, you will see a list of your Autoship subscriptions.
- Find and select the subscription for which you want to resume or reactivate.
- A menu will expand on the selected subscription.

Resume Autoship Subscription

BEFORE resuming your autoship subscription, please understand the following:
- If the next occurrence date listed on the schedule is a past date, an autoship order will be generated within 5 minutes of resuming the schedule.
- If the next occurrence date listed on the schedule is a future date, your autoship schedule will be processed on that date. You can also modify the next occurrence date before resuming the schedule if desired.
- Find and select the "Resume" option.
- A pop-up window will appearing, giving you 3 options:
- Cancel
- Process Now: Processes your Autoship Schedule immediately
- Resume: Processes your Autoship Schedule according to the next occurrence date that is set.
- Select the desired option to update your schedule accordingly.
