If you need to temporarily stop your Autoship deliveries, pausing your Autoship is a great option. This way, you can resume your deliveries whenever you're ready, maintaining the convenience and savings of our Autoship service.
How to Pause Your Autoship Subscription

Log In to Your Account:
- Visit our website and locate "My Account" on the menu. Visit that link.
- Under the Login section, enter your username and password to access your account.
- Forgot your password? No worries! Use the "Log in Without Password" option. With this option, you will be emailed a login link to the email address associated with your account. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear in your regular inbox within 10 minutes. Once you've gained access to your account, you may reset your password to one you'll remember by going under the Account Details page.

Navigate to Autoship Subscriptions
- Once logged in, go to the "Scheduled Orders" section.

Select the Subscription to Modify
- If you have more than one, you will see a list of your Autoship subscriptions.
- Find and select the subscription for which you want to pause.
- A menu will expand on the selected subscription.

Pause Autoship Subscription
- Locate and select the "Pause" button within the subscription details.
- A pop-up window will appear - make a bubble selection for the "Pause" option then click "Confirm".
- Your schedule will update to reflect Autoship Schedule Status: Paused.
Whenever you're ready, you may resume your autoship deliveries.
Please note: If your schedule has cycled and an order is already processing, you will need to contact our Hero Support Team directly to request a cancellation for the order. Visit My Account > Orders to see if you have an order in processing.
