Keeping your shipping address up to date ensures that your Autoship orders are delivered to the correct location. Follow the steps below to update your shipping address for your Autoship subscriptions:
- Log into your account
- Visit our website and locate "My Account" on the menu. Visit that link.
- Under the Login section, enter your username and password to access your account.
- Forgot your password? No worries! Use the "Log in Without Password" option. With this option, you will be emailed a login link to the email address associated with your account. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear in your regular inbox within 10 minutes. Once you've gained access to your account, you may reset your password to one you'll remember by going under the Account Details page.
- Navigate to Autoship Subscriptions
- If you have more than one, you will see a list of your Autoship subscriptions.
- Find and select the subscription for which you want to change the address for.
- A menu will expand on the selected subscription. Select "Make changes" to enter the editing window.

Change the Address:
- Within the subscription details, locate the Shipping & Delivery section.
- Select "Change Shipping".
- A pop-up window will appear - select "Edit Address".
- Make the necessary changes on the address form then click "Update".
- Within the subscription details, locate the Shipping & Delivery section.
Please note: If your schedule has cycled and an order is already in processing, you will need to contact our Hero Support Team directly to request any changes to that order. Visit My Account > Orders to see if you have an order in processing.
