Keeping your payment information up to date ensures that your Autoship orders are processed smoothly without interruptions. Follow these steps to update your payment information for your Autoship subscription:
- Log into your account
- Visit our website and locate "My Account" on the menu. Visit that link.
- Under the Login section, enter your username and password to access your account.
- Forgot your password? No worries! Use the "Log in Without Password" option. With this option, you will be emailed a login link to the email address associated with your account. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear in your regular inbox within 10 minutes. Once you've gained access to your account, you may reset your password to one you'll remember by going under the Account Details page.
- Navigate to Payment Methods
- Once logged in, go to the "Payment methods" section.
- On this page, you will see all of your saved payment methods. You may delete any outdated payment methods on file.

Update Payment Information:
- Please note that partial edits (i.e. updating only the expiration date) cannot be made to saved cards. Instead, you will need to delete the card and proceed with steps below for adding a new payment method.
- Add a new payment method:
- To add a new payment method, click the "Add payment method" button.
- A form will appear where you can enter your new payment information.
- Fill in all required fields, including credit/debit card number, expiration date, CVV code, and billing zip code.
- Verify that the new payment details are correct.
- Click "Add payment method".
- A confirmation banner will appear across the top of the page to confirm that the payment method was added successfully or to confirm any errors/issues.
- Link Payment to Autoship Subscription
- Whether you have added a new payment method or are using a valid payment method that was already saved to your account, you will need to link the card to your autoship subscriptions.
- To link payment, click the revolving arrow icon on the card you wish to use.
- A confirmation banner will appear across the top of the page to confirm that the payment method has been linked to your subscriptions.
