We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your Autoship subscription. Before you do, consider some alternative options that might better suit your needs, such as changing the next occurrence date or pausing your schedule.
Alternative Options

Change Next Occurrence Date:
- If you need to delay your next shipment, you can change the next occurrence date to a later time. This allows you to push back your upcoming order without canceling the subscription entirely.

Pause Schedule:
- If you only need to take a break from your shipments, pausing your Autoship subscription might be a better option. This way, your subscription remains established, but no shipments will be sent until the schedule is reactivated.
How to Cancel Your Autoship Subscription

Log In to Your Account:
- Visit our website and locate "My Account" on the menu. Visit that link.
- Under the Login section, enter your username and password to access your account.
- Forgot your password? No worries! Use the "Log in Without Password" option. With this option, you will be emailed a login link to the email address associated with your account. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear in your regular inbox within 10 minutes. Once you've gained access to your account, you may reset your password to one you'll remember by going under the Account Details page.

Navigate to Autoship Subscriptions
- Once logged in, go to the "Scheduled Orders" section.

Select the Subscription to Modify
- If you have more than one, you will see a list of your Autoship subscriptions.
- Find and select the subscription for which you want to cancel.
- A menu will expand on the selected subscription.

Cancel Autoship Subscription
- Select "Cancel" on the subscription.
- A pop-up window will appear - make the bubble selection for "Cancel" then click "Confirm".

Receive Confirmation Email:
- You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been successfully canceled. Check your spam or junk folder if it doesn't appear in your normal inbox within 10 minutes.
Please note: If your schedule has cycled and an order is already processing, you will need to contact our Hero Support Team directly to request a cancellation for that order. Visit My Account > Orders to see if you have an order in processing.
Thank you for using our Autoship service! You may start a new autoship subscription at any time.
