How do I view my order history?

Order history includes the status of current and previous orders. If you would like to view your order history, first sign into your Cannanine.com account with your user name and password. Then select Orders located in "My Account".

*Please note: If you placed an order as a guest (meaning, you were not logged into your account), the order will not show up in your order history. However, our Hero Support team can assist with linking the order to your account for you :) Please submit a help ticket here if you'd like to do this.
