Why does the color of my CBD oil vary?

Cannanine oil contains 2 parts:

1. CBD: This is the therapeutic ingredient that offers the benefits to your pet. Cannanine CBD oil is 3rd party tested and always contains the exact amount of CBD the label promises. You can view the 3rd party testing for your batch of oil HERE.
2. Carrier Oil: The Hemp Seed oil is a carrier oil for the CBD, and makes the product easier to administer. The carrier oil is what gives the oil its color and consistency. Because hemp seed oil is an agricultural product, the color and consistency can vary, depending on the amount of green plant matter filtered out in the manufacturing process. However, the color and consistency does not have any bearing on the quality or effectiveness of the product.

It’s important to remember that while #2 can vary, #1 does not vary and will always contain the amount of CBD the label promises. #1 is what gives the benefits to your pet, not #2.
